Parent Workshop: Growing Healthy – Nutrition for Children Ages 0–6

Parents and caregivers of young children are invited to join this informative workshop focused on healthy eating and nutrition during the early years. Led by a Public Health Nurse, this session will provide practical information and strategies to support children's healthy growth, development, and lifelong eating habits.

During this workshop, participants will learn about the important role nutrition plays in healthy growth and development, explore ways to encourage positive eating habits from an early age, and discover how to create a supportive and healthy food environment at home. The session will include an informative presentation followed by a Q&A, providing parents and caregivers with an opportunity to ask questions and receive practical advice from a Public Health Nurse.
