IMPORTANT UPDATE (Mar 31, 2020): Food Bank consolidating distribution locations effective immediately

Effective immediately, Greater Vancouver Food Bank (GVFB) is consolidating its operations to one location per city in response to the COVID-19 pandemic.

As of Tuesday, March 31, the Food Distribution Location for Vancouver is Rogers Arena.

GVFB has announced the following schedule, effective Tuesday, March 31:

Vancouver: Queen Elizabeth Theatre, 630 Hamilton Street
 Tuesday – Wednesday, 10am – 2pm
Vancouver: Mount Pleasant Community Centre, 1 Kingsway  Thursday – Friday, 10am – 2pm
Vancouver: Roger’s Arena - Pat Quinn Way, Gate 16
Cancelled until new site is located
Tuesday – Friday, 10am – 2pm
Burnaby: 8345 Winston Street Tuesday – Friday, 10am – 2pm
New West: Tipperary Park, 315 Queens Avenue Thursday, 10:30am – 12:30pm
North Shore: 225 East 2nd Street Wednesday, 4pm – 6pm

Although our main site is closed to the public, SVNH is operating an Emergency Food Distribution Program to help seniors, persons with disabilities, and others who are not able to access the Greater Vancouver Food Bank's temporary distribution sites.
