Active PLAYshop: Family Physical Literacy Workshop for Parents & Children

Active PLAYshop is a free family workshop that encourages parents, guardians, and children ages 4–8 to explore movement, active play, and physical literacy together. Through fun and engaging activities, families will learn how to build healthy habits, stay active, and strengthen family connections in a welcoming community environment.
