My Tween and Me starting October 14
My Tween and Me is a free family support program designed for parents, caregivers, and children ages 7 to 12. Through interactive group learning and evidence-based parenting strategies, families will gain practical tools to better understand tween development, strengthen communication, build self-esteem, and navigate common challenges related to school, friendships, media, and technology.
Delivered in English with Hindi, Punjabi, and Urdu interpretation available as needed, this welcoming program provides an opportunity for families to connect with others, share experiences, and build confidence for the transition into adolescence.

South Vancouver Neighbourhood House (SVNH) is pleased to offer My Tween and Me, a free parent and child support program delivered in English, with Hindi, Punjabi, and Urdu interpretation available as needed.
This facilitated program is designed for parents, caregivers, and their children aged 7 to 12 years. It provides practical knowledge, tools, and support to help families navigate the transition to adolescence while strengthening parent-child relationships and communication.
