Move, Groove, and Improve: Activity and Conversation Circles for Seniors

The Move, Groove and Improve program is enhances the health and wellness of seniors. The first part of the class is dedicated to physical activity (chair yoga, tai-chi, and more) and is followed by an opportunity to practice conversational English in a group setting.
