Seniors' Programming

seniors

The first floor of the Neighbourhood House, from Monday to Friday 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. is dedicated to seniors' programming and services only. Information and referral is offered as well as a weekly blood pressure clinic (Tuesdays & Thursdays 10:30-11:30 a.m.) and monthly outtrips or special lunches. Other agencies have also joined us to offer language specific seniors' activities.

We offer programs, services and volunteer opportunities for Seniors within our South Vancouver community, and always welcome new members. Feel free to telephone – or even just drop by – for program or resource information, for one of our services or activities, or for a cup of coffee and a chat.

We are happy to provide information on available seniors’ services and programs, accessing service or help accessing service, referral to other groups or agencies and support for those who need it. What really helps is that we are well connected to partners in the South Vancouver Community, and know whom to call if further information is needed.
