Neighbourhood Small Grants Project

Small Is Beautiful!

Neighbourhood Small Grants Projects are back for another year!

Open to all residents in the neighbourhood. Use your imagination and come up with an idea that you think would improve your neighbourhood in a fun and friendly way. Use our easy online application form to apply for a project that enhances your neighbourhood socially, physically or culturally. Projects that were approved last year include: neighbourhood clean ups, vegetarian cooking classes, organic garden planting, knitting clubs, mosaic tile workshops, block parties, cultural celebrations, birdhouse making projects.

Neighbourhood Small Grants offer $50 to $500 grants

Greenest City Neighbourhood Small Grants offer up to $1,000 grants

A resident committee will review all of the applications and then decide which ones will receive funding.

Are You an Artist in Collingwood or South Vancouver?

If your Art Idea qualifies, you may be eligible to apply for up to an additional $500  to pay an artist to enhance a Neighbourhood Small Grant.
