Community Programs

Anti-Racism Neighbourhood Dialogue Circles

The Neighbourhood Circle Project is holding a series of community dialogues about issues of community inclusion and racism and will develop an anti-racism action plan or strategy for South Vancouver neighbourhoods. This project, being led by SVNH, is a unique anti-racism initiative which is neighbourhood-based and youth led. Trained youth from the community will engage a broad cross-section of the population of South Vancouver in cross-cultural dialogues. The dialogue sessions will be followed by youth-led one day anti-racism workshops in the community.

  • Great opportunity to participate in cross-cultural dialogues & to learn how to build a safer neighbourhood
  • Listen to and share stories about your encounters with racism
